Seriously though, why am I not able to use my American VISA card to pay my bill??  VISA cards are accepted world wide, yet O2 seems to be in the stone ages and won't let my payment process??

Please tell me there is a way around this?!

O2 only allow visa cards that are registered to an address in the uk. It is part of their anti fraud measures and is designed to protect, not hinder.

A direct debit to your bank account would be one way around it.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

That's the funny part.  My card is registered to my UK address, but it's via my American bank account.

Now what?

It is the American bank account that will be the issue I'm afraid

If you now live in the UK you will need a UK bank account, for lots of things.
How did you get the contract in the first place without one?
