Why are your offers terrible?

On the Internet I see much better deals than I am being offered as an existing customer. And when I try to talk to someone about that, the automated service keeps cutting me off. I can’t even make a complaint apparently. I hope someone can explain why I should stay, it seems I am rewarded for leaving and coming back rather than staying.

If you want to speak to someone at O2 you'll need to call them

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

o2 won't price match other retailers, and the only reason the other retailers offer discounts are because they offset the cost against their commission.

You can also only get Refresh direct with o2 and the free extra's such as 6mths disney plus.

And to be honest their is no such thing on any network apart from Honest Mobile as loyalty discounts.

You can get better deals, and still stay on O2, from resellers like Affordable Mobiles or Mobile Phones Direct, @Antonia1.

You won't get a Refresh Tariff with a reseller, though,if that is important to you.
