I am currently abroad and in need of urgent help. I tried logging in to my o2 app but it sent a code to my phone number which I didn't get as my O2 sim has network but doesn't seem to be getting any messages. I am currently in India and the sim is inserted in a phone but doesn't seem to be getting any messages. I am now leaving O2 and its been a terrible one year of having no international support and I need to access my network so get a PAC code. Please help me get back into my o2 account so I can leave your company
