I changed my bill date to the 3rd of each month that's been paid the last 3 months but still getting asked to pay on the 18th also

Your billing date will be the 18th and your payment date will be the 3rd., as that is 14 days after the day your bill is produced.. 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
