Where is my £100 prepaid Mastercard

I was told on twitter that I would receive a leaflet with my simcard that would give details how to claim my prepaid Mastercard.

 

Nothing apart from a sticker which is a receipt and the simcard has arrived, no leaflet.

 

The contract was taken out on November 1st.

 

How do I claim it?

£100 Digital Gift Card: Available with iPhone 13 128GB model (150GB+ tariffs) or iPhone 12 64GB model (100GB+ tariffs). Offer ends 10 August 2022. That is not the correct offer. As it states that ended in August, the one I am referring to ended on November 2nd, which is why I took out the contract on November 1st.

I have also contacted them via Twitter over an hour ago and had no response and live chat is not allowing me to talk to anyone.

I'm having the same issue I upgraded to s22 and say I can claim 200 digital mastercard  but not received any email to claim the offer  been 13 days since order avived

I got an email. Said if I didnt have bt 10th dec wait 5days then contact them or 02, cant remember. Now i cant find the email lol. Its dec 12
