Hi all,
I placed an order on 28 Nov for a 24 month pay monthly sim only contract. I got the confirmation email of the order, which informed me that the order has been confirmed and to keep an eye on my email. Since then, I've heard nothing. Does it take this long to process a new order?

The postal delays may be delaying delivery of your sim.

I have the same thing. Nothing at all and can't track on My O2?

You wont be able to track anything, until your order has been dispatched.

I received an email letting me know that my SIM card had been despatched a week ago. It is not trackable. As it had not yet arrived, I called the helpline and was informed that O2 were currently experiencing delays with their Royal Mail deliveries. I was advised to go to an O2 shop who would provide a SIM card and would activate it for me using the phone number already provided by e-mail.
