I've bought a Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 and was emailed a reference number at the time of purchase, but I can't see where I'm supposed to type it in to check the order status. There doesn't seem to be anywhere on the website to do it. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Baargh.

Hmm ok, can you try another browser?

Or clear your current browsers cookies/temp files.

O2 website needs some work done!
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told

Look at the top of this page for MyO2 and sign in with your O2 email address and password.

There is nothing there to show my order status. There are four sections: Pay Monthly, Pay & Go, Home Broadband and O2 Wallet. There is no 'Order history' page.

When I clicked the 'Go to your account' under the Pay & Go section it asked me to click a link to send a verification code to my present mobile, which I've done. It said my details were updated successfully and that's it. I see nothing about my order anywhere.

I would give them a ring in the morning to see what's happened to your order and why it's not showing in MyO2.

Click on the PAYG title in that section should take you to a different page.

Bottom right hand section is the orders area.

Some links are really screwy as of the latest "update"

Yay, I found it! But when I click on 'View orders & delivery details' I get this:

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
