Where can I change my billing address??

I'm trying to buy a PAYG phone but the billing address you have is incorrect. I'm looking all over the account section but see nowhere to change it, can someone give me a link please?

Since the additional security kicked in I wouldn't be surprised if you now had to write in with evidential proof of your address before O2 will change it for you.

To be fair I had to try 2 or 3 times before it actually did it.

4445 can definitely do it. Think you just spoke to a numpty!

So I just got off the phone after a 15 minute call to 4445.

"We don't hold your information on PAYG accounts"

"You do because you already have my billing address, it's just incorrect and I need to change it"

-long hold-

"We can't do this at our end"

"Well who can?
"I'll need to put you through to Sales"

-long hold-

"Can I have your address?"

-give address-

"What phone did you want to buy?"

"Sorry, I can't remember the model number, I'm not at my screen at the moment"

-hold-

"We can't chang address, only billing address"

"But it's the billing address I want changed"

"We can't do that, you need to talk to Sales. Anyway, we don't hold that information for PAYG customers"

Grats O2, you just lost a sale because you can't do something as simple as changing my billing address.

I can see the confusion ad you don't have a billing address on P&G...you have a registered owner address.

As you can see, they have my billing address on record. But for some reason, they're unable to change it.
