When will my name change be live?

My daughter Louise Moss uses this phone, I have requested the switch over to her name and date of birth. I have provided her ID as requested over a week ago but not heard back. Please can you urgently confirm when this will happen. 

Once this takes place, she can then upgrade to an Iphone 15 via O2.

You can't change the name and DOB on an account if it is in a different name, as credit checks were carried out on the present name,DOB etc.

Your daughter would need to take out a new deal and go through credit checking

It would then be possible to migrate the old number across.
