Is the dongle not connecting due to the light flashing ?

A dongle always flashes when it is first plugged in...It is searching for the network signal. Once it connects it will show a continous led light. If the network signal drops then the dongle will start flashing again. I used one constantly in Spain and know from the light situation whether I will get good or bad connection..:smileywink:
