I signed up on a deal for 13£ a month, yet you're charging me £15? Wtf? And of course when I try to get a breakdown of charges it's not available. You make Three look like Gods! What was I thinking switching... Are three buying you out? One hopes so, appalling.. Can someone please get back to me immediately?

True @Anonymous  I mean... I am an early bird but that would have caught me out. Sadly I think the OP is convinced they have contacted O2 CS. Very much doubt they will be back slight_frown

If this is your first O2 bill, its quite normal to be slightly higher due to pro-rata billing (i.e you pay a month upfront then days between your start date and bill date)

Did you read any of the paperwork and T&C's that you received which would explain everything about your costs and higher initial payment?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
