True @Anonymous I mean... I am an early bird but that would have caught me out. Sadly I think the OP is convinced they have contacted O2 CS. Very much doubt they will be back

If this is your first O2 bill, its quite normal to be slightly higher due to pro-rata billing (i.e you pay a month upfront then days between your start date and bill date)
