I rang up 02 about ten minutes ago to pay an outstanding bill, said thankyou for payment and would send me a receipt. yet when I check online it says outstanding balance and phone hasn't come back on. Help

It will take a while for the system to update and it could be 24 hours before the phone is back online. I would call customer service tomorrow to get clarification.

They wouldn't put the phone back on at this time of night anyway......Just wondered who you rang "10 minutes ago". I thought they were closed?
