Tonight : my phone cuts out after a few minutes each time I use international favourites. I'm on a contract, so lack of credit doesn't come into it.
I call the number again and I'm connected to a totally different person, certainly not the one I was intending to call. Either that, or it sounds like I'm listening in on a conversation in some exotic foreign language.
Earlier this year I simply couldn't update my international favourites numbers. I accessed a site meant for that, only to get a blank screen with the message "object moved to here".
That kept on happening.
Is O2 as useless as some seem to be saying?
