Pay and go go go

I have topped up 10 pound and was finding out if my pay and go go go had activated and it cost me 25p and still nothing! I have found out but i am not sure if O2 will accept that I'm 25p short because i was trying to find something out and it didn't help

Hi.

If you don't have a clear £10 credit in your account your tariff will not update in the anniversary date I'm afraid.

You will need to make another top up.

Or ring them on 4445 at a cost of another £0.25 to explain to see if they will credit your account with £0.50p or use live chat.

Sorry but if you dont have 10 pound then your pay and go go go taruff wont update but if you ring o2 and tell them whats gone wone then they shod be able to help you out.
