What is air time and can I get rid of it they added it to my contract and I didn’t even know or understand what it is

If you are on a Refresh contract there will be a charge for buying the handset and another charge for Air time which gives you access to the network for calls, text and data

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
