What is a charge from 81550 under "premium/info services"?

Have a 0.83p charge from 81550, struggling to think of what this is, any ideas of what this usually is?

They've d*cked us over so many times with shopping that fails to turn up at all without so much as an apology.

Wouldn't surprise me if I don't get so much as a sorry for this too (as it's not as big a thing as a whole shopping load not being delivered..)

Then you should ask yourself are they the one you want to use or would you consider alternative options?

Personally I do think Tesco generally are starting to get their act together but it does take time.

I hope though that you get a good answer that reinvigorates your opinion of them.
