Solved: cancelling contract

My contract is currently in my mums name and i want to change it to mine, i know it will cost. Would is be the same price as refreshing to upgrade my phone or would it be more expensive?

The refresh upgrade cost includes a discount.
The actual cost to cancel is the monthly cost (less any bolt ons) x the number of months remaining.
