What happens to my O2 Insure Damage Cover and Tariff f I put my sim into a new phone?

I'm thinking of buying the new iPhone SE.

My Device Plan has been fully paid off.

Right now I'm paying an extra £9 a month for O2 Insure Damage Cover for my current phone.

Does this automatically carry over/apply to my new phone once I make the switch? Also, do my tariff charges remain the same?

Hi @cren92 

You would need to inform the insurance of change of phone.

As for your tariff, if you are taking out a new contract, then the tariff will be as shown with the phone.

If you are buying the phone outright then you could choose a sim only tariff which would be cheaper than your current airtime plan
