Good afternoon,

 

I do not usually seek help via forums but this one has me beaten.

Basically does mbb.O2.co.uk actually work for anyone when it comes to starting a data tariff ?

Nothing at all happens when I click on any of the three available tabs no matter what device I use.

 

Any help at all would be appreciated.

Seems to - although you can only get a new SIM now by going into an O2 Shop with photo id or by calling 4445, @IanR11

I accessed the website from my contract O2 mobile number, fyi.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to my question. I will go the old fashioned route, ie going into my nearest O2 shop, to resolve my issue as I am going round in circles with this.

You're welcome - and as the agents work on commission, don't let them sell you a contract if that does not suit, pressure selling etc. Good luck!
