Iv tried cancelling my contract in AUGUST but hav been billed every month since then iv called n called to get a refund but hav failed the security so cannot be told anything at all..I was told to come here n discuss this issue but am blocked at every turn..02 one me hundreds now n I can’t get through to anyone at all to help me! I’m a terminal patient with a serious heart condition n do not need this!! I desperately need sumone to help me n NOT tell me to sign into my 02 or call customer services!! Aaaggghhhhhh!!!
