Haha first one screen bubbled and split upwards. 2nd wouldn't connect to 3G after a week. 3rd got stuck in a charge cycle and wouldn't come out. 4th home button died. 5th power button died. 6th so far so good:D

Some people just expect everything to work! slight_smile

No doubt once they've sorted out the build quality it will be ok.

I'm sure of it. Shame I had to be a tester haha. Must admit when the screen bubbled it was quite scary to pick up

I think with anything new, there will bugs that need ironed out. Remember when 3G coverage was really poor.  That said, the signal should drop back to a slower speed.

I agree with the original poster. This is a useless network and service, 10x worse than O2 was years ago when I last used them. My iPhone 5 is like a decorative toy. Doesn't work as a phone very well... No signal in my own home (Central London!), my street, major towns, forget the countryside. Customer services (on phone and in shops) have been clueless about their own services. Stupid service offerings like, sending a text to let you know you missed a call. How ridiculous for anyone with a smartphone. 5 separate customer service interactions to stop that. Having to redial 0800 numbers without the zero. I just tried to access a website (nothing unusual) and they want me to pay £1 with a CC to verify my age?!? Like they don't have that already in their systems!?!? The list goes on. Plus, my bills with O2 are almost double what they were with Vodafone for no apparent reason...no change in phone use. So bring on contract renewal so I can hurry back to Vodafone. The US providers have dropped the whole model of contracts now, so I'm sure that will come to the UK. Thank goodness!

It doesn't suit everyone to be on the same network all over the country - Why change if you were happy ?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
