Ordered a upgrade on the 30th of June, 1 month later endless calls to customer support going round in circles and the issue still isn't resolved. Order showing as processing and nobody with the ability to give me any answers other then wait 5-10 working days. In addition to this asked to speak to a manger who proceeded to put me on hold for 45 minutes without once coming back to the line to reassure me they were still there. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, beyond a joke!!
 
So I ask the community has other experienced the same issue and what happened to get the problem resolved? as customer service isn't the solution and being polite gets you no where.

Or tried the sales team on 0800 081 0255 or 0808 002 0202

yeah I hear you, can't give an answer sorry, but will share my ongoing problem in solidarity -

This is so frustrating, for anyone who is going through this. I think I've got the winner though. Ordered an upgrade on the 19th July, new phone and e-sim. 2 and ah half weeks later and it's still ongoing. Tickets have been raised, 7 phone calls later, and they still can't resolve it. It can't be fixed, can't go forward, also can't be cancelled. it's gone to 02 escalation team, they are pushing on it but they can't give me a timeframe for a result. Local store have my phone but cant release it because the e-sim is stuck in processing. My patience is in tatters!

Update, rang again this morning, and was told 02 have a systemic outage and I will have to ring later! God give me strength!

Good get you off the line excuse there.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
