I recently. Purchased the new Samsung s22 ultra and was told this would come with a year of Disney plus but instead it's only been activated for three months, how do I go about having this amended to show a year instead of three months?
I also have both virgin media TV and broadband as well as three mobile contracts with o2. All of these are registered to the same address and in my name however when I try to activate it on my o2 there's an endless loop of information but it doesn't let me access it anywhere or enter my details. I've been trying to do this for months and it doesn't work. Can someone please help?

Disney Plus with the S22 is through Samsung and not o2,

And follow the instructions, you CAN NOT Stack offers, so you cant have the o2 offer and the Samsung Offer
