Viewing itemised bills older than 6 months

Is there any way to view itemised bills older than 6 month?

The section of my account only shows bills from October 2019 and I'm needing access to bills from June/July 2019.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Are you trying to view bills on a closed account?
If not they should be there.

Thanks for the replies.

The account is active but it only shows me previous bills going back to October last year, hence me asking if there was a 6 month limit on viewing previous bills.

I've given up trying to negotiate O2's website to locate a contact us section that actually gives a link for contacting. It is dire to say the least.

Your bills should go back to a maximum of 2 years assuming a continuous contract for that length of time.

I can only see my last 4 bills - I've been an O2 customer with the same number for many years and always been able to view many more than that. Any ideas? Many thanks

There is a known issue with billing that O2 are trying to fix.
