Viewing Bill

Sorry about the (possibly) stupid question but...I am a Pay Monthly cutomer and I got an e-mail saying my latest bill was available but when I logged on to My O2 I cannot see how to view my bill!

Any and all help gratefully received.

I'd suggest following my advice to ring 02 on 202 then if it's defiantly not showing.

Only payg customers do not have this facility.

Hi Jim,

Once you're within MyO2 you should see loads of boxes, but the one you're looking for says "bill summary" and then has a button on it that says "View my Bill", this will then take you to your bill.

If you cannot see the tabs to view your bill then ring O2 on 202 to have your account possibly reset.

I don't have a My Bill Summary link on my My O2 page!

Sounds like it may have been set up using different log in details than the ones you are using. A call to 202 should sort it.
