No service in EH51 area.

I have not had any or periodically poor signal in the eh51 area boness, fornthe past 48 hrs. I know this is not just me as my wifes phone and several friends on the o2 network are having the same problem, when you go out of area phones work fine, there is nothing listed on status page, and can't contact customer services unless you pay for call on landline.
