Very slow internet 4g

Hi,
As above - internet ridiculously slow. 1.5Mbps max despite 3 of 4 bars 4g. Checked status of network , reset phone , reset network settings etc
Anyone?

Try switching your phone, in SIM settings, from 2g/3g/4g auto to 2g/3g auto, see if that helps.

If it does, it may mean your closest 4G transmitter is servicing too many customers. (I used to get this when at my place of work). 

If no difference, go back to the way it was, but let us know what type of phone you have.

3G improves things to 6Mbps so better thanks - I would expect higher speed perhaps from 3G?
Certainly we’re better than the 1.2Mbps on 4g at the moment
