Try switching your phone, in SIM settings, from 2g/3g/4g auto to 2g/3g auto, see if that helps.
If it does, it may mean your closest 4G transmitter is servicing too many customers. (I used to get this when at my place of work).
If no difference, go back to the way it was, but let us know what type of phone you have.
