Very clever phishing email

I had an email through today supposedly from O2 advising me that I was due a refund.

The email quotes my name, phone number, monthly tariff and date of birth

It has the O2 logo across it and the sign off address in Slough

IT'S NOT A REAL O2 EMAIL - DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK!!

O2 are keeping it low key but we're trying our best to give it as much exposure as possible

The Register an online newspaper has reported this to the ICO

Forward the email to "phishing@o2.com"
I have had this email twice, and was actually quite wary about just deleting it, in case I lost out on a refund !!
Let's bombard O2 with our 'spam' emails, and ask them how these people have been able to obtain all our personal details?
