I could be interested in upgrading. However, I did not know that somebody had signed me up until 2026 on Sim only! This was supposed to be a rolling sim only deal on a temporary basis

This might be harsh but why didnt you check what you where signing up to at the point of order, as once you click or sign then you are agreeing to what is in front of you..
Blindly signing or clicking agree is your own fault, so I would expect them to telly you to go take a running jump....
