Hi, 
I don't know how to start the conversation, my sim contract is ending up in two weeks, I have more than three days trying to reach out any of agent, but it looks very impossible, like they are dealing with the war in Russia and Israel.

How the hell can I speak with any of them for a new upgrade?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you
