Hi, I paid for a £15 rolling plan and my balance says I have just under 30gb of data but when I come off of wi-if, I have no data. Please help!

Refund

I have been given a "Goodwill" credit of £50. They said that I could use it to pay for my monthly tariff or claim a cash refund. I would like to get the cash but there seems to be no way for me to claim it. Can you help?

I’ve no internet connection. I’ve called O2 hundred times nothing happening. I’ve paid all my bills. I’ve switch on and off my iPhone hundred times. Iam very disappointed in O2 services. What solution ? Anyone help
