Hi if I upgrade my phone by paying the outstanding place is it possible to keep my same sim am number just new phone ? Also will the new phone be unlocked as I travke a lot so I want to be able to use a pay an go in the phone when I’m away ?

Yes, you automatically keep the same number when you upgrade and can use your current sim, although you may wish to sim swap to the new 5g sim that comes with your upgrade Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

All O2 phones are now unlocked to allow any network sim.
