I am trying to upgrade through my o2 app and it keeps saying “you started checking out...” but when I click on it it then says something went wrong . Please help

You don't actually sign.

Just open the links and read the T&C's and accept them.

Hello everyone thank you for your help but unfortunately it wouldn’t work online so I went into the o2 shop and got my upgrade instead, very happy with my iPhone 12 slight_smile
