I upgraded my phone yesterday to a experia 5 , it's not to my liking, I viewed it on line and it's not what I expected, is it possible to change it to a different model ?

@Tonytut This is not O2. You need to speak to customer service. 202 on your mobile is a free call. You have 14 days to change your mind.

If you upgraded online or over the phone then return it as per the link. If you upgraded in store then it has to be returned instore.
