Upgrade or New Contract

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi

my upgrade is due on O2 soon and when looking for the best deals on carphonewarehouse, to stay on the same network, a new contract is coming out better than just upgrading.

My question is if I take out a new contract with O2 how do I keep my number because if you are on the same network you wont need the PAC code?

Ask O2 to transfer your number to the new account. That will automatically close the original account and produce a final bill. Bear in mind you will have 2 bills in the first month

All you need to do is call o2 on 202 from your phone and ask them to switch the number over.
