I’m on a sim only plan and received some credit recently for poor service on my bill (meaning I haven’t had to pay my recent monthly bill as O2 credited me account). I would like to upgrade my sim only plan as I need more data. Do I still get to keep my credit? The credit is paying for my monthly bills (until it runs out), I have about 2 months worth left so don’t want to lose this credit.

@TK

I doubt you will keep the credit. Unless anyone else comes along as states something different. wink

Thanks all. Reassuring to know as I’m in desperate need of more data in current times so I upgraded just now anyway.
