Billed twice

Hi, i tried to pay my device plan off this morning via paypal on the website however it said it needed to confirm my identity so i left the website and did it on my phone through the O2 app. I didn't use paypal on the O2 app but entered my card details and it went through.

Upon checking my bank there is a payment taken via paypal AND a payment via my card.

Can someone help?

@GaryL66 Keep an eye on your bank account. The transaction you didn't complete will most likely just fall off. If it doesn't you'll have to call your bank and eventually O2, but trying to get through to O2 at the moment is extremely difficult.

Sorry to hear your problem.
There are many delays now with o2 customer services being able to answer telephone calls. Try early morning 08.00am you might better luck then.
