Free wireless earbuds help please

I've just renewed my contract for a Huawei phone who are running a free wireless headphone promotion, trouble is i need an invoice or receipt, which i haven't been sent, i can't call o2 as its urgent calls only, and can't see any live chat or email options, not sure what I can do..

Am I correct in thinking it's the part under my orders? However there is not a option to download just print
