Good Morning,
Apologies if this is not the correct place to put this, I've just received a shiny new phone, put in the new sim card and have tried to do a sim swap by text (necessary because my current sim doesn't support 5G), however, this text won't send, presumably because my SIM is not provisioned.
The swap my sim website isn't functioning at the moment and tells me to use the text service and I can't contact customer service because of various lockdown issues... Any help anyone can offer would be much appreciated!
