Hello

I lost my phone and want a replacement sim card. However to update my home address its asking me to send a 4 digit code sent by text.. the the phone which is lost

You will need to call customer services on 0344 809 0202 and they will be able to help.

You'll need to report it lost to O2

They will update your details when you call.
