@Jac2021I would check you dont have a spend cap on your number, and also check if you have a premium rate bar on your account.
You can find out by logging into Myo2 either the App or the website.
If you cant find this, then you will need to call CS on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from another phone
