Hi
I have just got a new pay as you go Sim and twice now i've had messages saying they have deducted £1 from my ballance for data charges (or something like that, i cant find the messages for some reason).
I didnt ask for this and dont want it so how do i get it to stop and how to i get my £2 back?

Go into your phones settings and turn off mobile data.
Then just use WiFi at home or in shops.
You could speak to o2 to say you were unaware of the web daily charge.
They may or may not re credit your account.

Or ring them on 4445. 25p per call.
Lastly if you want to use o2 internet then change your tariff in my02 and add one with a data bundle in it.
