So I've received an unlatching code to unlock my mobile phone, but it comes up with "SIM network unlocking code" does anyone know what this as it's not the unlatching code. I've managed speaking inline to o2 who said I had to get the code from BT. But after speaking to BT it's o2 who I need to speak with but have been unable to contact them either by phone or online chat.. Can anyone help me please 🙇♀️🙇♀️🤦🤦
