I am trying to use my old Huawei handset with a Vodafone sim, but it seems it is locked to O2. I have requested to unlock it, but had a message to say O2 will be in touch within seven days! I need this sorted today if possible - is there anyway of getting this done quickly?

It cannot be made to be done any quicker unfortunately, but it's usually much ess than 7 days.
