Hello, using O2 broadband and O2 mobile phone by contract both and never missed payments but .... Can't get loan from the bank because I have missing payment from O2 and still current balance: -34£ my credit score is very poor, can you please solve the problem because my personal investment doing very badly ...

This is a customer forum and we won't be able to load your accounts up. Contact O2 on 202 they will be able to tell you which payment you missed. Then if it was there error they should send a request to remove it from your credit score
