Hi,

Mu name is Blanca. I have a Spanish SIM and a British eSIM in my mobile phone; however, few months ago I am not able to send and receive messages from my British number. Because of that I called Apple support and they have told me that maybe there is a problem with the number. They told me that maybe messages should be activated in the British number besides international SMS module.

I hope you can solve this problem. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Thanks in advance.

Kind regards,

Blanca

@Blanca1

You need to make a chargeable call at least once every 6 months to keep your sim active.

If it's been turned off, you need to contact O2 to activate it again Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
