I placed an order for a new phone over 3 weeks ago and it has not arrived. Said a week when I placed order - now saying 4 weeks (not sure if from date of order or now). Rang customer service 3 x. Last person said go into store - obvious fob off according to store as they can't do anything other than escalate to management. they did that over 2 days ago & I have had no contact. Have also emailed customer service. I can't seem to cancel the order because it is 'processing'. Any suggestions for how I can get some attention from o2? I have been happy customer for over 25 years but seriously thinking of leaving now.

thanks Bambino - I have done all of that. It might help if o2 would just have told me that re stock levels. I just don't understand why I have not had an email response to my email or the escalation from the store. Either way it's not good enough & I would have hoped for an apology. But what on earth are they doing offering to sell me something they can't deliver?
