Hi, I recently went to pay my monthly bill and I saw the tariff charge was a little more this month so I went to find out why and it says on the things I bought that I made a payment of £4.50 to remote games, I don't even know what it is nor have I even heard of it, I've never used my O2 account to buy anything other than paying my bill each month, I doubt I'll be able to get the £4.50 refunded but I just want to make sure it doesn't keep happening, especially when I've had no texts or emails to confirm this payment which worries me
I thought I'd best see if the community can help first before I contact O2, thank you in advance.

the same has hapened to me and been in contac with both o2 and "care for mobile ltd" both are refusing to refund.. o2 are probably worse by collecting money for them.
