Unauthorised payment

Why has a payment of £1 gone out of my credit card when my direct debit is set up with my debit card. Also it’s impossible to find live chat on the website

Re: Unauthorised payment

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Re: Unauthorised payment

I would contact your Credit Card provider, as your card could be compromised. as you say you have never used your credit card with o2.

As charges of £1 are usually a check to see if a card is active, (this would normally would be returned to you in 7-10days with Credit Cards. )
Current Phone: Motorola Razr 5g
I also have a Planet Computers Gemini

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World

We are all customers and dont have access to any o2 accounts
