Unable to view & download O2 bills in PDF

Anonymous

I've been having this problem since Sep 2015. I'm just unable to download PDF copies of my Pay Monthly bills (current or historic ones). To download bills, I click on 'View my bill' in My O2 and I get the option to download as pdf after a few more clicks (Download and print latest bill). When I click here, a new tab opens and nothing happens. The browser is redirected to https://service.o2.co.uk/pkmslogin.form with title 'O2 Companion Login' and just presents me with a blank page.

Numerous chats with O2 reps have not helped. Each person promises to resolve in 24hrs; but there is no resolution in sight. Another friend of mine is faced with a similar issue with no resolution.

Has anyone faced this problem? is there a way out?

Hi MI5.... No they haven't reset my MyO2 account. I don't think it came up yet. But its something I'll bear in mind when I contact them next in 5 days. They've promised to contact me in the next 5 days in response to my ticket.

OK, keep us updated please.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hope you sort this out. Just as a Las resort, have you tried on your mobile? You will need to use the desktop or full view but it will indicate if it's your account or your pc that's giving the error.

Incidentally I have tried this twice this evening to make sure it works. When I click on download PDF bill a blue screen does appear with the following words. 'Please wait while we load your bill'

It then opens up in full, via Adobe Reader which is installed on my PC. So I am just wondering if you have a PDF reader installed @Anonymous?
